With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, we are delighted that Sergiu has decided to join us here at McGettigans Cookhouse Kingswood.
Sergiu was previously the Head Chef at the Sheldon Park Hotel where he was responsible for the smooth, efficient running of the kitchen, including its routine operation, food preparation and production, as well as supervising a team of 10 kitchen staff. Also for two years Sergiu was Head Chef at the Drury Court Hotel.
