Meet our Head Chef
James has been in Ireland for over 10 years now and has worked in a variety of high quality restaurants throughout the years. He has been working with us in the McGettigan’s Cookhouse in Kingswood since April 2017 and he is delighted to now be talking up the helm as Head Chef.
His favourite dish on our menu is the McGettigan’s Signature dish, JACOBS LADDER which is a Slow cooked rib of beef with soy glazed crispy shallots, roast baby carrots and served with skinny fries.
He’s looking forward to welcoming all out guests to the Cookhouse and hopes that everyone enjoys their meal.
