Cookhouse Food - tuna

I have eaten here a long time ago when it was the Kingswood House. The standard then was high. Since then it has been modernised and a large hotel added. I am happy to say the food is still very good. We too were served by Susan who excelled herself. The menu is relatively small but with the chefs special of the day the choice is good. The group I was with had a good range of courses and we found the food very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant.

Was heading to a concert and was in a bit of a rush, but I was served quickly and with a smile from the lovely staff. The food was amazing – I had the skillet of fish, which included salmon, hake, mussels, cod and more in a leek and white wine sauce. Amazing dish – only sorry I didn’t have more time to enjoy it. And it was very filling, so I sadly didn’t finish it all. I highly recommend this restaurant if in Dublin
